Struggling to fall asleep, waking during the night, or feeling tired no matter how long you rest?
At ZEN·6 Acupuncture, I offer personalised acupuncture treatments to support better sleep, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Using principles rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, helping your body and mind return to a more balanced state.
Many people seek acupuncture when stress, busy lifestyles, hormonal changes, or ongoing tension begin to affect their sleep quality.
Book your acupuncture consultation today and take the first step towards more restorative sleep.
Sleep problems can affect every part of your life — from your energy levels and mood to your ability to focus and feel your best.
Acupuncture takes a holistic approach, looking at the underlying factors that may be contributing to disrupted sleep rather than only addressing the symptoms.
Treatment may help to:
✓ Encourage relaxation and calm
✓ Support a healthier sleep routine
✓ Reduce feelings of stress and tension
✓ Promote balance within the body
✓ Support overall wellbeing and energy levels
Whether you struggle with difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking, restless sleep, or feeling unrefreshed in the morning, acupuncture can be tailored around your individual experience.
How Can Acupuncture Treatment Support Better Sleep?
Common Sleep Issues That Acupuncture May Help
When choosing an acupuncture practitioner, experience, qualifications, and a genuine commitment to your care matter. Here's what sets ZEN·6 apart.
Difficulty falling asleep
If your mind feels busy at night or you find yourself lying awake for hours, acupuncture may help encourage a calmer state and support relaxation.
Waking during the night
Regular waking can be linked with stress, lifestyle changes, or internal imbalances. A personalised treatment approach aims to support your body’s natural rhythms.
Stress-related sleep problems
Stress and tension can make it difficult to switch off. Acupuncture treatments provide dedicated time to slow down, relax, and reset.
Low energy and fatigue
Poor sleep can leave you feeling drained during the day. Supporting better rest may help improve your overall sense of wellbeing.
What to Expect During Your Acupuncture Treatment
Your first appointment begins with a detailed consultation to understand your health, lifestyle, sleep patterns, and any factors that may be affecting your wellbeing.
Fine, sterile, single-use acupuncture needles are then gently placed at carefully selected acupuncture points. Most people experience little to no discomfort and many find the treatment deeply relaxing.
You'll rest for around 15–20 minutes while the needles remain in place before receiving any appropriate aftercare advice.
Depending on your individual needs, complementary techniques such as cupping, gua sha, electro-acupuncture, or auricular acupuncture may also be incorporated into your treatment at no additional cost.
ZEN·6 is a Calm Space To Rest, Reset And Recharge
At ZEN·6 Acupuncture, treatments take place in a peaceful and welcoming environment in Highgate, designed to give you dedicated time away from the pressures of daily life.
Each session is focused on you — supporting your body’s natural ability to restore balance and helping you feel calmer, more relaxed, and supported.
